guiding Winvic to win and deliver the future of UK infrastructure

This framework will see the delivery of concrete roads reconstruction schemes in Road Investment Strategy (RIS) 3 as well as developing schemes, ready for delivery in RIS 4.

The scope encompassed all aspects of design and construction, with traffic management innovation as a key component to ensure uninterrupted traffic flow during the work.

Carbon reduction and the shift to net zero were key considerations, and we collaborated with industry experts to develop a comprehensive recycling strategy and integrate circular economy principles into our delivery model.

Through the implementation of an effective strategy and end-to-end process, we developed a mature, digitally-enabled, and stakeholder-focused approach to delivering complex infrastructure upgrades on legacy concrete roads.
