Under a tight deadline, we took full responsibility for the submission, managing the programme, creating answer plans, drafting responses, and reviewing content to ensure a successful bid. We fostered a strong, collaborative partnership with subject matter experts, streamlining the tender process for all participants.
Our favourite part of the tender was a review workshop of the submission, where the team had an opportunity to challenge responses and share ideas for improvement, driving excellence in every area of the tender, leading to a successful outcome. After submitting the bid, we continued to stay involved and provided support for the mobilisation of the project.
