We supported this colossal submission over nine months, from invitation to negotiation(ITN) to the invitation to tender (ITT) stage. We lead on 9 responses totalling 112 pages, with topics covering governance and contract management; depot management; mobilisation and exit plan; technology and IT; health, safety and wellbeing; service continuity; innovation and improvement; and commercial plan.
