A large-scale public tender for road maintenance, street lighting, and winter services

We supported this colossal submission over nine months, from invitation to negotiation(ITN) to the invitation to tender (ITT) stage. We lead on 9 responses totalling 112 pages, with topics covering governance and contract management; depot management; mobilisation and exit plan; technology and IT; health, safety and wellbeing; service continuity; innovation and improvement; and commercial plan. Despite stringent timeframes, all drafts were submitted on time, and subject matter experts felt supported. The client was so pleased with our work that they have already booked our time for the next submission.
